We do not offer manual selection of courier partners at checkout — the most reliable and efficient shipping method for your location and product is automatically assigned to ensure timely delivery.

Incorrect address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately — we can only amend the address if the order has not yet been shipped. We are not responsible for delivery failures resulting from incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
7. International Shipping
At this time, Velura primarily ships within India. If international shipping becomes available in the future, additional charges (including customs duties, taxes, or import fees) may apply and will be the responsibility of the customer. Any such charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost shown at checkout.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at the email below, along with photos of the product and packaging. We'll work quickly to arrange a replacement, refund, or resolution in line with our Returns and Refunds policy.
